Paytin James Bridal Team
The Paytin James Bridal team is a luxury hair and makeup team that services Bridal parties all over New Hampshire and New England. We can accommodate small and large bridal parties with ease. The team is hand selected and trained by the owner Kari Flournoy to ensure your loved ones feel and look their best.
Our behind the scenes work is a very important part of the process for our Brides. The admin team will walk you through the process, collecting all the info to create the smoothest and most magical day for you and your loved ones. We will create a schedule catered to your specific needs and day of details. Being on time and NOT RUSHING is a huge part of what we do. You will never have to worry or stress when hiring our team.
Our team spends a lot of time prepping their tools before and after each day. They spend hours driving before and after your wedding, often getting up before you and your loved ones. It isn’t abnormal when traveling 1-2 hours to your location for the team to be up at 4AM. We do all the hard stuff so you can relax on your big day.
Our team charges travel fees based off of each artists location to your getting ready location. The time they spend traveling to you so you don’t have to, is a luxury and we compensate our team for the time, gas, ware and tear.
Our pricing and fees are non-negotiable. We have set our pricing to reflect the the talent, time spent, and conveniences of bringing a team to you.

50% non-refundable, non transferable retainer and signed contract holds the date. Retainers are 100% earned fees, as we begin turning away other brides for your date once you have booked with us.
Wedding Day
On the day of your wedding the services will be completed following a schedule. Every person getting services completed must have their hair already blown dry. The stylist will not allow time for this. If such a case arises, the stylist will charge extra to blow dry (if time permits) or the service will be forfeited and the charge will still apply.
Anyone receiving makeup services must have a clean, makeup free face.
The bride must communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared. If anyone is more than 10 minutes late to their appointed time, the artist will move on to the next attendant. If time allows, the artist may accommodate for the missed services after everyone is finished. However, the artist is not required to stay longer than the already agreed finishing time.
Hair & Makeup Trials
Trials are not required but recommended with in 30 days of wedding. This keeps it fresh in our minds for your big day. The bridal lounge at Paytin James can comfortably sit 4 people in addition to Bride.
Booking your trial is done though the salon and is not included in your contracted pricing.
